AK Feinrohr GmbH is now a member of the Schoeller Group in Hellenthal. The purchase agreement was signed by the shareholders of both companies on July 9, 2019. AK Feinrohr GmbH remains an independent company and will trade under the name Schoeller Feinrohr GmbH upon completion of the transaction. With Schoeller Werk we now have a strong strategic partner from whose network and size we will benefit greatly from the future. In addition, the merger creates important synergies in the production of high-quality stainless steel tubes. With our core competence in the field of drawn tubes, we are developing enormous potential for our customers in cooperation with the know-how and experience of Schoeller Werk. Both companies share the same spirit with regard to an optimal customer relationship. Together, we will continue to be able to supply first-class, tailor-made products in the future.
